Well, I'm gonna go see Two Towers tonight and I lacked the foresight to try and come up with a comic ahead of time, so, I ended up making this comic last minute =} Whee! Filler!
Anyway, this is partially one of the designs on one of my Nekobox Shirts.. I've only sold a handful of Nekobox products on the cafe press store.. I guess people don't wanna buy my stuff? T_T How sad.. kowai sou..
Hee hee, anyway, I've come up with a layout for SKR.. hopefully, I can get it up by this friday =X.x= So busy! The next few weeks, I'll be very very late with many things because, aside from 3 comics, I'm also trying to make X-mas gifts for my friends =}
Later everyone!

As has become tradition1, I have just finished watching a lil'ol movie and am now at work posting this at the perfectly reasonable hour of around 4:30 in morning. Yes... nutty, freako, whatever... I'm wide awake and I can get some work done since it's nice and quiet and I have access to limited company resources that are in high demand for working and debugging. A good thing since things are a bit frantic in parts here at work.
The movie itself is good as expected, though I think I preferred the first one more. I may be a bit biased though since I just watched the extended edition this past weekend and loved all the extra footage they added... Though the extra 15 minutes of credits to include the names of all the charter members of the Tolkien fan club was a bit... much (though it is a deserving credit for them, from what I've heard).
Anyway, this fun little tradition will probably stay around at least one more year since, personally, I like conclusions to my 9 hour super epics.
1 Remember kids, do something once and your a loony, do it more than once and it becomes tradition... or at least a stupid habit.

Aha. The Nekobox Archive is now up. That little extra box at the top of the page might help those of you who aren't plagued by the ailment of refreshus monkeyus. Hopefully it's self-explanatory. You'll then (hopefully) find a whole calendar full of fun stuff within the magic of the blue clickable numbers. The red numbers are old to you, so don't bother with those. ^_~ ("Which will you choose, young Neo?" ...okay, that was a bit lame due to its oldness. ^^;;)
...and for those of you sighing, "well, it's *finally* about *f****in'* time!"--go run around the block a few times and work off some of that stress. Go get some real UV radiation on your face instead of that artificial stuff. >.<
And now for me... it's about time *I* catch up on all the strips I haven't read, yet. (Something like a few months worth. ^^;; ) ...after I get some sleep...
...I think it's now late enough to be free of the Dew's caffeine I accidentally ingested during "The Massive Slaughtering"--I think a better name than the seemingly meaningless misnomer of the title of "The Two Towers"... or for those who've gotten hooked onto the "TTT" acronym (sheesh), how about "The Ten-Thousand (Plus Quite A Few More Who Got Brutally Slaughtered)"? >.<
...oyasumi... -.- (...can't feel...my fingers... anymore... ...nor my head... >.<)

Blarg... The Two Towers refers to the two towers that ally in the movie; Saruman's tower in Isengard and Sauron's tower in Mordor.

Floog... Thank you for names, Sean (I never quite knew how to spell them =) ); however, that wasn't what I meant by "misnomer". So little happened *at* or *made reference to* the Two Towers this time around that it seemed an inappropriate title. In fact there was so much more happening around the Two Towers in the first movie--their insinuation, construction, events, developments and other such things. The majority of the events of the second happened quite a bit aways and without much relevance to them... except a momentary scene where the massive army was launched--but nothing more. However, I have not read any of the books, so perhaps there was more there.
For those avid fans who might be a bit steamed about my comment, I didn't say anything about the movie itself. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Had a different feel than the first, having quite a bit more action over suspense and development--which is perfectly fine for a middle story. And in attempting to keep with today's theme, word. *pfft* ^^;;
