Ha! I was sent to an advertisement, so I thought you were talking about Drawn Together with a peeing pig. ^_^;;; Ooh, very much so. Thank you! =D And with my new computer, I might actually do it... err, assuming it doesn't require a *NEXT* generation system. Do you think this might turn out well? I think I tried out an X2 demo. It had some design issues that made it hard to get into. But if they don't require building an armada--as I'm really only interested in the exploration--this looks--and sounds (music)--pretty neat. The ship that looks like the B5 Earthforce Omega-class Destroyer (or Nova-class Dreadnought) was amusing. ^_~

FILLER STRIP! Young hasn't posted anything for today. I think they're busy costume building. (That, and I wanted to cover up my... err... other post.) This was a pretty funny chat. We found an exploit in this beta video chatting site. While the image is edited, all those instances of Icewind actually happened on the screen. I just wanted to shrink the image and ... "remove" the inappropriate images. Actually, I never got them because while the chat was fun, it was horribly laggy. (Did anyone else know Bob has aqua blood? :3 Well, *I* didn't. ^_~)

Yeah, Gamespy does that advert page thing sometimes. It's annoying but, oh well. I can only go by the preview, but the game definitely seems like your kind of thing (which is what was going through my head as I read it). Definitely looks interesting, and with any luck, they fixed any design issues that you had with X2. If your feeling leary you might try waiting for a demo, but I'm not sure what kind of time frame that might show up in. And the game itself ships next week. And regarding the chat? I SEE THE F*%$&##$% SPOON, MAN! IT'S RIGHT THERE, MAN!!! TAKE IT AWAY, TAKE IT AWAY! Hey! There's beer left in my glass... *sip*

October 16, 2005 - Sunday

Well, I'm almost done with my Zero costume! Everything is made and I've put a coat of resin on them to make them all smooth and shiny. The only things missing are... the underwear and his weapons. The sword shouldn't be too hard to make... but I'm trying to wrap my head around the idea of making underwear. I wanted to just use a white speedo and glue an armored codpiece to it, similar to the way I'm making the rest of the armor but I'm having a hard time finding a white speedo this time of year... So, I'm left with the option of making a set of underwear completely out of fun foam and coating it with resin, like the rest of my armor. I'll do that tomorrow and hopefully that'll be all I need to do. Iee! 4 days until Onicon!
