*sigh* Well, not much to say ^_^ Haven't had much to say... stuck in a rut, but I guess everyone is. Reading the forums over on Craigslist on jobs is depressing. All these highly skilled people, just like me or my brother or a-sama or Kingsley... just... can't get jobs.
Then again reading a while back about the 8 worst tech flops ever and seeing how in the 80s and 90s, companies spent millions of dollars on projects that failed, I can see why companies are very cautious about hiring anything short of godhood now.
Maybe I should get a job in religion or something. Hmm. First, I gotta find God. or Jesus. Last I checked, I lost Jesus behind my couch.
Wait, I don't have a couch.
Anyway, I've been working on several projects, I guess I could talk about those ^_^ I'm still developing a pair of video games... but I've hit a snag. I have the 3d code down.. but I have no means of creating 3d models, short of something like say... 3d Studio Max. But I don't need anything that complicated. All I need are x, y, z coordinates, u, v, w coordinates, a normal and vertice colors. 3dS is a bloated container for lots of other things, like skeleton animation, mesh deforms, etc. I don't need those. =/ So, I plan to write my own 3d modeller first so my engine has basic models to render ^_^
In the mean time, I've also been working on an online game. I plan to have it playable over a web-browser so you can play it no matter where you are. Hopefully, that'll be fun. ^_^
In the mean time... I think Nekobox needs another LAN party soon. I might be moving to Texas if Nats gets a job there... so who knows when the next time I can do a LAN party is.
