What a crappy way to start the new year =;.;=

My palm pilot, of a year and a half.. died. =;.;=

Actually, it technically still works.. as a palm pilot. It's a Handspring Prism.. a color palm, basically. What made it special was it had a springboard slot, where I could pop in random things, in my case, an MP3 player. The palm itself still works... the springboard slot.. does not. I'm pretty sure the mp3 player is still good. It seems fine. The springboard slot was broken. I checked it and found one of the pins bent. When I bent it back into place, there seems to be a snapped wire inside. =>.<=

So the palm functions work still, but whenever I try to put my mp3 player in it, it crashes my Palm.

So now, my dilemma. I need to replace it.. one way or another, it'll cost me about 150 bucks.

Now, should I get another color one?

Or should get I get a Visor Edge... slimmer and faster? It's just black and white.

What I currently use my palm for, IE taking notes, the to do list, calendar, and a mini diary... I don't have a use for color. Then again, the novelty of color is quite cool.. I kept hoping for good palm software to come out that would take full advantage of the color. Nothing has in a year and half.

On the other hand, having a very lightweight faster palm would be nice.
