So, I called Handspring and got my palm replaced for $150. I ended up getting another Prism. Despite the fact I wanted an Edge, they wouldn't allow "upgrades/downgrades".. only replacements for the same product. =;.;= Alas, I must live with slow slow color. Perhaps I shall go search for good color applications now.
